It would be useful to add channel in ShiftX.

Sometimes the communication can happen through several channels; mail, phone or direct contact, it should on a step be possible to add several channels to a step.

Would be great to have marketing channels - ads, ppc, referral etc... you can follow google analytics standard channel grouping.

It would have been nice to be able to use an actor that is a channel, e.g. e-mail system, in the actual field for channel so that the name of the e-mail system is there and not "only" channel
