Be able to connect metrics from our own tools into ShiftX steps and splits so that we can keep track of real-time usage of the process. [Ares notes: They f.ex. have a counter in Sharepoint for how many times an idea has been generated, and want that counter to be visible, real-time, in ShiftX as well]

By having the possibility for link to issues, we could make direct connect between issues and the task tools we use. That would bring us much closer a better and more frequent use of ShiftX.
