It would be useful to be able to copy several steps and to paste those another place in a flow

Can I change from step to reference directly if I have made a mistake? Or do I have to delete and re-insert? Had been elegant to be able to change quickly

We often have multiple actors in steps. Is it possible to expand the space to show 4 actors and not only 3?

I do miss the possibility to edit narrative text, like putting some words bold, etc. Then I could highlight some key words that are not actors but still an important part of the step :-)

On the top of my wishlist of new features I have grouping of steps. Just make it a simple solution and give the user the possibility to mark and group x numbers of steps in a functionality to open/collapse - in the same way as a split. The value of using SX will then rise because you can open/hide details in an easy way.

We have flows with 1: many and many:1 connections and think jump or skip functions can solve these cases.

One or more issues can say something about, for example, pains in a step, but then you have to look at the issues themselves. Could we have visualized whether a step or part of a flow goes well or badly by giving it a color indication?

It would be useful to have a notification on certain steps, either to an owner of the task or next in line to start or prepare starting.

Want an easier way and be able to enter a flow and immediately look at where the manual steps are in the process and where the automatic steps are. This is because they can immediately see where there is potential for improvement. Can for example be solved with some icons, boxes or something on the steps that signals whether it is a manual or automatic step.
