Hi, it is really annoying to have to log in each 24 hours. One week seems perfect for security purpose.

Are these available? If not will they be?

When I add a comment or a content for steps, a miss the markdown support, in cases I need to put some object, or system response, bus its keep on plain, and it is difficult to read. Support to markdown will be amazing.

Free-floating text fields that can add context or general information pertaining to the entire flow, or parts of the flow.

I'm presenting ShiftX to leadership tomorrow and trying to pre-empt their questions. One I can think of is whether it is possible to have an approval step in the publication of a flow. Is there something in place (or planned?) that would support an approval of a new flow before it can be published?

To me milestones is what a process is about. You try to deliver results. Steps are just a way to get there.

As part of working with a process, we often move the order of steps or splits. Content or issue, belonging to a step suddenly belongs to another step. It would then be smooth having the possibility to just drag and drop these content or issue elements.

Versions allow you to make a copy of the "current standard" or a measure and then adapt it for other fields of use or specific cases. It would then have been useful and rational to, for example, be able to take one actor and replace it with another for the current flow.

It would be useful to be able to copy several steps and to paste those another place in a flow

Sometimes the communication can happen through several channels; mail, phone or direct contact, it should on a step be possible to add several channels to a step.
